How to Ask for Your Money

Where do I see how much money I have owing?​

  • On your dashboard you can always see your balance owing, and your bonus (estimated only) to be paid at the end of each month.
  • In Discord you can use the /mystats command to see your outstanding balance.

What are the three ways I can request my balance?​

  1. In Torn - request your balance any time using our automated payment request system: Send $1 to any manager
  2. On our website – use the payment request button on the website
  3. In Discord – use our discord bot by typing the /requestpay command.

Can I ask for partial payment?​

  • Yes- you can either request your full balance, or just a portion of what you are owed (eg for running Xanax and or requesting just enough cash to buy items when you land).
  • Please note we have a minimum requirement for $1m for partial payment requests, or your full balance if your balance owing is less than $1m
  • If you don't add any note or specify any particular amount, we will send your full balance.

How long does it take to get paid?​

Payments are made manually by a member of our Management Team (this is to meet compliance with Torn rules). We aim to make payments within one hour and mostly achieve this.

Please don't send repeated requests, a manager will complete your payment as soon as they are available.
